Established in 2011

James is a local from Victoria but fell in love with Thai food and the culture while working overseas. He's now trying to share a taste of that with his fellow Victorians! James and his family welcome you to Noot's Thai Kitchen for delicious and authentic Thai food.

"After coming back home from overseas and missing the food I loved best I met my wife. We both love the art of food and decided to open up a Thai restaurant together. Originally the restaurant was going to be named after her but then we had our daughter and decided to name it after our child. We look forward to many more years of sharing the Thai cuisine that we love with our guests!"
